If an artwork arrives damaged, the customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label.

If the damage is attributable to the shipping process, we will work with the customer to determine the appropriate solution, which may include professional restoration or a refund where the artwork cannot be satisfactorily restored.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within the applicable legal period.
